Service Provider Status

The Kingsmen ICT operates as a professional ICT solutions firm registered in Nigeria. We provide technical services including, but not limited to, web development, software engineering, and hosting infrastructure. We are a contractor, not a business partner or affiliate of our clients.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

The existence of a website or application developed or hosted by The Kingsmen ICT does not constitute an endorsement of the client’s business model, content, or ethics.

• * Administrative Independence: Upon project handover, the client assumes full administrative control.


• * No Oversight: The Kingsmen ICT does not monitor, review, or verify the legitimacy of real-time transactions or user-generated content on client-managed platforms.

Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Activity

In compliance with the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act of Nigeria, we strictly prohibit the use of our developed software or hosting infrastructure for:

• * Phishing & Spoofing: Creating deceptive interfaces to harvest user credentials or financial data.


• * Advanced Fee Fraud: Any activity commonly referred to as Yahoo-Yahoo or 419.


• * Identity Theft: Unauthorized collection of private data, SMS, or OTPs.

Limitation of Liability

The Kingsmen ICT shall not be held liable for any criminal acts, financial losses, or legal disputes arising from the misuse of our products by third parties. We function solely as the provider of the neutral tool.

Mandatory Reporting & Cooperationy

We maintain a policy of Active Cooperation with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), and other regulatory bodies.

• * Suspension: We reserve the right to terminate hosting or support immediately upon receiving credible reports of fraud.


• * Data Disclosure: We will provide project documentation, IP logs, and client identification to authorities upon receipt of a valid court order or legal warrant.
