Legal Notice

The Kingsmen ICT operates as a professional ICT solutions firm registered in Nigeria. We provide technical services including, but not limited to, web development, software engineering, website and application development, and hosting infrastructure.

We act as an independent service provider and contractor and are not a business partner, agent, representative, or affiliate of our clients unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

The existence of a website, application, software system, domain name, or other digital platform developed, maintained, or hosted by The Kingsmen ICT does not constitute an endorsement of the client's business model, products, services, content, activities, policies, or ethical practices.

• Administrative Independence: Upon project handover, the client assumes responsibility for the administration, management, operation, and content of the applicable platform, subject to any continuing services expressly agreed in writing.
• No Routine Oversight: The Kingsmen ICT does not routinely monitor, review, or independently verify the legitimacy of real-time transactions, business activities, or user-generated content on client-managed platforms unless such monitoring is expressly included as part of a contracted service.

The Kingsmen ICT strictly prohibits the use of our software, websites, applications, domains, hosting infrastructure, or other services for unlawful or fraudulent activities, including activities prohibited under applicable Nigerian law.

• Phishing & Spoofing: Creating deceptive websites, interfaces, emails, or other systems designed to unlawfully obtain user credentials, financial information, authentication codes, or other sensitive information.
• Advance-Fee Fraud: Any fraudulent scheme involving the unlawful solicitation or collection of money through deception, including activities commonly referred to as "Yahoo-Yahoo" or "419."
• Identity Theft: Unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, or misuse of personal information, identification data, SMS messages, authentication codes, or one-time passwords (OTPs).

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms of any applicable written agreement, The Kingsmen ICT shall not be held responsible for criminal acts, fraudulent activities, financial losses, or legal disputes arising from a client's independent misuse of software, websites, applications, domains, hosting infrastructure, or other services provided by us.

Our role is generally limited to providing technical services and infrastructure. Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Kingsmen ICT maintains a policy of active cooperation with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and other competent bodies in connection with credible reports of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

• Suspension: We reserve the right, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law, to suspend or terminate hosting, technical support, or other services where there are credible indications of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violation of our policies.
• Data Disclosure: Where legally required, we may provide relevant project documentation, available technical records, IP logs, account information, and client identification information to competent authorities in response to a valid legal request, court order, warrant, or other legally binding process.
